How to create and host a call

1. Log in to https://app.parrot.us/client-intake
2. Click “New Client Intake” under “Actions” on the right side bar
3. Enter the required information in the pop up modal and click “Create client intake call”

4. Parrot will create a phone number for you to dial, which is an intermediary number that Parrot uses to record the call. Once the number is dialed, you’ll be prompted to enter the 6 digit code. 

6. Once you’re connected to Parrot’s line, Parrot places the call to the client with your phone number (not Parrot’s phone number). 

7. When the recipient picks up the phone call, Parrot will automatically start recording the conversation. No other action is required from you during the phone call. However we highly recommend telling the caller that the call is being recorded, as we will not.

Note: Parrot will not generate a transcript or summary for calls less than 1 minute in duration
