How to upload and access medical records

File Requirements

Format: Files must be in PDF format.
Content: Only medical records are eligible for summarization. Other documents like police reports, bills, or insurance claims can remain in the upload but will not be summarized.

Steps to Upload

Log in: Access your account at https://app.parrot.us/medical-records.
Upload Files: Click the blue Click to import button or simply drag and drop your PDF files into the designated upload area.
Pricing: The estimated price is based on the total number of pages uploaded.
Generate Summary: Click the Generate medical record summary button.
Payment: Enter your payment information.

Access Summaries

Once the upload is complete, your file will appear under Recent summaries. Click the file name to view the summary once it’s ready. This will give you the option to the following versions and formats of the summaries:

Output formats

Interactive Platform: Open a summary in the 'Recent summaries' sidebar to open your records and use AI filters and keyword search to find relevant information.
Download as PDFs: Click 'Saved filters & PDF downloads' to export the summary in PDF format. You can also save specific filter selections as Views and export these condensed summaries as shorter PDFs.

All formats come in six versions — grouped by date, doctor and facility, each with a choice for a long or short summary.

Filters

If you do not need a summary of every single record, provider or topic, use the filters to narrow the information down to only what's necessary and download only the refined summary.
